I was actually *stunned* to see DAWproject in Cubase. Genuinely shocked.

I see people saying its crashing again though, as usual, and this is par for the Steinberg course for the better part of 20 years now.
I did several tests and so far it is simply unusable. I wonder if they did test this at all:

I... admit that I purchased the upgrade this morning because they offered me a good price and I have learned to not have "all my eggs in one basket" (one DAW), and so far Ive had a couple minor issues with C14 pro. I have not tried DAWproject to move projects between BWS and C14 yet, but I definitely will.

Ive seen a couple internal ASIO spikes to 100% for no apparent reason, as always, but not more of that than I saw on C9 through C13.
Ive had one project crash - a small project made in C13 crashed and C14 became unstable, so I killed it and restarted it. Project was recovered ok, and no more crashes since.

C14 looks identical to C13 so far, but -- LOOK OUT for the insert and sends channels that used to be "behind" the main mixer. They ran away. It took me 10 minutes to find them. :hihi: The inserts/sends channel and all of that is gone, replaced by an integrated mixer/sends/routing/etc unified stretchy mixer. Im getting used to it.
Did you check out the newly improved performance monitor? You can check reasons for Asio dropouts like never before, it’s great!
Yup, I do appreciate the ASIO monitor improvements. This is a step in the right direction, since the application still seems to need it. No more crashes or dropouts for a few hours now.
